Picture information

Please use this picture information to get the best pictures. Please bear in mind the following tips:

1) Your small child may be standing next to the pond, or it may be "auntie Mary" you know who auntie Mary or your child is, others don't, and will wonder why they are there, so please when taking a picture of a pond etc don't take it with anyone in view

2) Although digital cameras can take great pictures at 2+ mb (up to 10mb in 2008) in size our email can not accept them and if you send 5 + pictures that is 10mb They will also take a long time for our readers to down load (even so we still digitally shrink them)

3) If you have digital editing software it would be appreciated if you could shrink the pictures to around 250 x 250 pixels

If its just one picture don't worry, but if its a series we make them 250 x 250 pixels

4) Take your pictures in daylight. An overcast day is better as there will be less shadows than a bright sunny day.

5) Please do take as many as possible, then you decide which are the  best, most people have seen a hole before.

Look at this picture Mr Stubbs sent in, There are people but you can't see their faces, the picture is about the fountain not the people.
