First a whole is dug and the tank installed to act as the reservoir A breeze block wall, 2 bricks wide was also then built, and rendered

Next the liner and hose for the water spout was fitted. Why so much liner? see the JW fountain rule |

Then the "water spout" and wire mesh were fitted, along with the pump. (As we used such a big tank copper pipe was laid across it to give support) Then the decorative gravel was added and the pump switched on (see top picture)

The pipe from the pump comes in through the bottom of the wall and back out higher up. Do not put any joints in the pipe as this will reduce the flow, the pipe in the picture is longer than need be to make the picture clearer

Yes, the Lions head is nice, but it is no longer made, so please do not ask where we got it.
